Please join us in the fight against Puff Bar, the latest teen craze, the flavored e-cigarette already referred to as “The New JUUL”.
Puff Bar and hundreds of other disposable flavored products are inexplicably exempt from FDA’s 2020 guidance, the so-called “flavor ban” that has done very little to protect our kid from the predatory behavior of Big Tobacco companies.
We’re calling on FDA to take immediate ACTION against Puff Bar, a company whose marketing appears to target minors and that operates in multiple ways that seem to directly violate FDA’s own rules.
